Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not yet. As a new business, We'll only be shipping domestically for the time being. We fully intend to ship internationally in the future

Q: How long does it take to process orders?

A: Orders take 1-3 days in processing

Q: Where is my order?

A: Upon fulfillment of your order, you should recieve an email with a tracking number respective to the shipping service you chose. If you did not recieve an order confirmation email, then feel free to contact us at regius.leather@gmail.com

Q: What is your return/replacement policy?

Q: Do you do custom work?

A: Yes. If you have a certain design you'd like on one of our products, then you can fill out our contact form or email us at regius.leather@gmail.com and we can discuss the details of your special order. A flat rate fee for custom work will be included, which will depend on the complexity of your design

Q: How can I put in a large order for one of your existing patch designs for more than you keep in stock?

Q: What kind of leather do you use?

A: Veggie Tanned of course. It embosses well, is easier on tools, and produces the best quality results

Q: Why do some Leather Patches come in only one size while others have different sizes?

A: Some designs have too fine of details to be visible on smaller patch sizes
