Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates (United States)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on package size and weight, delivery destination, and shipping method, and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are also dependent on the carriers displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select Countries outside the United States, listed below:

Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for eligible international orders. For such orders, you should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. In destinations or circumstances where duties and taxes cannot be collected at checkout, additional charges may be assessed by the destination country's customs authorities or shipping carrier. Any such charges, where applicable, will generally be the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or clearance procedures. Although duties and taxes may be prepaid, customs authorities may still inspect shipments or request additional documentation. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import restrictions, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
